I didn’t like when I take the car for oil change sometimes they make me wait 3 hours but this Friday you make wait for 8 hours they tell me be steady at 12 I get out at 4:20 too much time you need i sometimes they make me wait 3 hours but this Friday you make wait for 8 hours they tell me be steady at 12 I get out at 4:20 too much time you need improve thr wait for take any cars I recommend that call the customer I will take. Longer so won’t be wait for too long but I like the service though be nice you give a gift card of Starbucks thanks More

Just want to clarify that the Service Technician who processed the Tune up paperwork done an excellent job. My complaint is against the dealership. My lease will mature around May of 2022. The car Serv processed the Tune up paperwork done an excellent job. My complaint is against the dealership. My lease will mature around May of 2022. The car Service is not a courtesy any longer. Therefore I was offered a package for more than $300 to extend the courtesy services or pay for the tune up. My car is almost stopped all the time with only around 2971 acumulated miles, so I opted only for an oil change Service wich was the cheapest one available. I was never advised that the free of charge services were going to expire way before the end of my lease term. Other dealerships offer courtesy Tune ups for all the duration of their leases. Longo Toyota should change their policies about this issue. So the one star that I am placing in my review is for the dealership not the employee who helped me. More
