I had no intention of buying a new car until Sylvester called me one Friday and said he had my car of my dreams Golf R 20. I drove off the lot a very happy man! Then Slyvester called my wife the next da called me one Friday and said he had my car of my dreams Golf R 20. I drove off the lot a very happy man! Then Slyvester called my wife the next day and sold her a 2024 Cross Sport! Then the following weekend my son purchased a Ram 15oo from David C. Not to mention my neighbor bought a new VW the same day I bought mine on Fridayl! Do we love VW and the service we get from the new ownership is fantastic! I will be a VW man for the remainder of my life for sure! If we did not trust this dealership, we never would have purchased 3 cars in one week! Our initial interaction with the sales team was as expected. The transaction took over four hours. Even after we expressed that we did not have interest in the up sale items, the finance guy was incre expected. The transaction took over four hours. Even after we expressed that we did not have interest in the up sale items, the finance guy was incredibly pushy to the point of becoming aggregated because we would not buy additional items for our vehicle. It was not a pleasant buying experience and I would not recommend this dealer to others. More
