I am very satisfied with my experience at Russel Westbrook. I came in with hopes of leaving with my dream car and Rene Robles did everything possible to make sure I left with it. The “customer” service reps are super rude. Don’t let you talk. And try to rip you off. Mechanic ended up saving me money when the guy at the front desk was trying to get me to pay $200 for a diagnosis. Wal talk. And try to rip you off.
