Poor communication with Service Dept and Service Manager and Fleet Advisor . Only 2 calls in a 6 week period and , They had my Jeep holding for parts.. I ask specifically if the problem is fixed , He flat and Fleet Advisor . Only 2 calls in a 6 week period and , They had my Jeep holding for parts.. I ask specifically if the problem is fixed , He flat lied to me and it is not fixed as of today . It is still winding away. i have a JEEP Mopar Extended warranty MAX CARE.. . SAFE YOURSELVES THE DRIVE. And go anywhere but here or Crawfordsville store. They lie and brake things on your Vehicles .. More

They really do have talented mechanics. I was kept up-to-date by my customer service representative Joshua. He was outstanding. My Jeep sat for seven weeks in the same spot. But when the parts came, it was fixed immediately! I’ll buy a car there. Not a problem. Great service. More
