I am very unhappy with this service location. It’s not anyone person either. My dash display has not been working right ever since I bought the car. Every time I take it in to be looked at, I’m told that they can’t find out what’s wrong with the dash. They have taken pictures and no one wants to dig into it. Both my wife and I are not happy with Subaru. This is our first one and we are really considering moving on from it. More

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. Each time I have taken my Subaru in for service, the staff have been prompt, courteous and very helpful. When I arrived for my 7am service appoint Each time I have taken my Subaru in for service, the staff have been prompt, courteous and very helpful. When I arrived for my 7am service appointment, the doors were opened promptly and Brett quickly and efficiently took down all the information and checked me in. It was then I realized I came ill prepared (no drivers license, car registration, nor car insurance *embarrassed*). A special thank you to Josh at the service center. Josh handled the situation very professionally. I had reserved a loaner car but was unable to take it as I did not have proof of insurance, so Josh called a Lyft driver for me, free of charge! He also gave me a cell number so that I could send him text or calls if I had any questions. I texted him several times during the day and Josh always answered quickly with an answer or solution. Thank you Groove Subaru of Englewood for your excellent customer service! UPDATE: I took car back in for recall service and a fix to sunglass holder. Loaner car rental was quickly checked out/back in by rental dept. Josh again great communications/updates. Both recalls done quickly and Haley made sure sunglass holder fix was cost efficient. A shout out to the managers who run this incredible team! More

The customer service was friendly. .. But they suggested I needed a head gasket replacement and about seven other issues totaling $7000. Took it to a trusted family mechanic and he show .. But they suggested I needed a head gasket replacement and about seven other issues totaling $7000. Took it to a trusted family mechanic and he showed me underneath the car and explained why most of those repairs were not needed. Got the car fixed and it runs great for $2500. Are you guys scamming people? I've been getting emails about Subaru wanting to buy my car as well. Sure seems convenient to suggest so many unneeded repairs at such an expense and then say, hey sell is your messed up car and buy a new one from us! Hmmm.... More

I have used this dealership through several owners, name changes, and at least two of our personal vehicles of our own. The advisors are always friendly & knowledgeable, and I know that I'll get an honest changes, and at least two of our personal vehicles of our own. Everyone is always nice and informative. The process of checking in was a little tricky but manageable.
