The service department absolutely is horrible, they don't answer the phone, do not call on messages left to simply schedule an oil change. On line scheduling never works, even chatting online with Lithia fai answer the phone, do not call on messages left to simply schedule an oil change. On line scheduling never works, even chatting online with Lithia failed to get results. This has been the second time, I will have nothing to do with them anymore. More

In 2020 I purchased a new 2500HD Silverado from this dealership. Service had been great until reciently when the engine light came on and it codes to P20c1 on my reader. I've tried to contact service de dealership. Service had been great until reciently when the engine light came on and it codes to P20c1 on my reader. I've tried to contact service department three times to get it scheduled for warranty service on the DEF system but no call back. Not sure what is going on here but I've scheduled a service appointment with another dealership because this problem will not fix itself and it needs repair before completely fails and leaves me stranded on the side of the road. I cannot fill out the rest of this rating because I haven't been able to talk to anyone. More
