The new car manager "Bob" was very professional and fair with the selling price of the new Audi A6 (I had done lot's of Audi homework on-line before visiting the dealership). The used car mamger "Bill" was great and gave us a more than a fair trade-in value. I would and have recommended the dealership to others. CJ picked up my car (30 mi from dealership) and got it washed before returning it the same day. Walter (my saleman) coordinated with the service department to arrange for pick up, service and return. Al washed before returning it the same day. Walter (my saleman) coordinated with the service department to arrange for pick up, service and return. All of the work was completed quickly and under warranty. A part needed to be ordered and when the car is returned next week for that part the dealership is providing a complementary detail. Great job guys!! More
