Awesome Experience! Just purchased a 2018 Subaru Outback Touring model last month from Juan Carlos Morales from Subaru of Pembroke Pines. JC was extremely helpful and pro Just purchased a 2018 Subaru Outback Touring model last month from Juan Carlos Morales from Subaru of Pembroke Pines. JC was extremely helpful and professional, explained the whole process and discussed all the different leases and incentives available. My intention was to buy a used 2017 Outback with 26K miles, but he was able to get me in a 2018 brand new model for a couple grand more, making the difference in my payments a month were minimally more. Because we bought brand new, we were able to pick the exact color combo and options we wanted and he had the car delivered in three weeks from the factory Indiana. Also, he included a set of touring crossbars, all weather mats and tinted windows to sweeten the deal. And finally to top it off, he filled the Outback with a full tank of gas and my wife's Ford Expedition with a 35 gallon tank up as well. This was my first time purchasing a car brand new, as I have always bought used due to the instant depreciation all cars have as soon as they are driven off the lot. But with the incentives available, JC made it work and my wife and I are very happy with the experience and deal we were able to get. We are definitely happy Subaru customers now! More

Patience & Excellence! I was just going into Pines Subaru to check out the color of the new 2018 Crosstrek. JC Morales and his cousin Rydel did more than show me the color. I was just going into Pines Subaru to check out the color of the new 2018 Crosstrek. JC Morales and his cousin Rydel did more than show me the color. They both convinced me what a great car the Crosstrek was and answered every single question that I had (I had tons of them). Not only did I get a great deal, the dealership shopped around on car insurance companies and ended up saving me almost a $100 a month. I ended up leaving the dealership very happy! Thank you both! He was texting during the test drive and wouldn’t answer any of my questions regarding safety features or specifications. When we went inside to negotiate a deal, he presented us with options that we were not comfortable with. Upon our disapproval, he became beligerant and angry and said “this is my house and you don’t tell me how I can charge”. It was an awful experience and I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone. Stay away. Go to someone with better or no reviews. I took the time to make a special one for this guy. Needless to say, we didn’t make a deal even when he chased us to our car with a more reasonable deal. His behavior was enough to get us out of there. Awful experience. More
