Overall, a positive experience. The $998 “protection package” is annoying, it’s automatically added to the bill. Luckily the car I bought had just come in, so it hadn’t been applied The $998 “protection package” is annoying, it’s automatically added to the bill. People were friendly, Juan did his best to move things along because I told him upfront I was not going to sit there for 3 hours, it ended up being 2. All in all, I am happy with my car- they did a fantastic job of detailing it. More

AVOID AT ALL COST! DISHONEST, DECEITFUL, LIARS! DON'T BUY FROM THEM EVER! GO TO A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP!!! DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU OVER THE PHONE! THEY WIL DISHONEST, DECEITFUL, LIARS! DON'T BUY FROM THEM EVER! GO TO A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP!!! DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU OVER THE PHONE! THEY WILL SLAP YOU WITH FEES AND TAKE YOUR MONEY EVEN IF IT WAS YOUR LAST KIDS MEAL! Their sales staff called me since they saw i was searching online for a new MDX. I talked to 5-6 different people and ended up with Juan Flores and manager Yeti! They did nothing buy lie to me to get me there, promising a deal and money off! I have 3 Acura dealers closer than them, i live in La Grange. I brought the title of my car and checks to pay the difference. I picked up my kids from day care and headed out... They gave me a discount and than slaped $2,500 in additional fees saying its for floor mats, clear coat and so on! THERE WAS NO DEAL, THEY LIED AND LIED AND LIED! I went to the manager YETI! We shook hands hard, he complimented my shirt and i complimented his shoes. I asked if he was going to honor what he promised??? He pulled his hand and waived at me, turning away and showing of to his employees! He insulted me and called me names, told me to F off and i told him to F off! Immediately all staff was kicking me out, they all ganged up to kick me out along with 2 small kids, all of them! Alexander Peterson told me i wasn't even a customer and told me to leave immediately, to get out! I was there with 2 small kids, getting them out during this mess my son fell and hit his nose, his nose was bleeding! No one, not even a single person asked if my son was ok! I CALLED THE COPS AND TOLD THEM I WILL LEAVE A BAD REVIEW! THAN SAME ALEXANDER PETERSON, WHO SAID HE WAS A GM, CAME TO MY CAR WHILE I WAS PACKING THE KIDS INSIDE AND DEALING WITH MY SONS BLOODY NOSE... HE SAID HE WILL GIVE ME THE DEAL THAT THEY PROMISED OVER THE PHONE AND SO ON...WOULD YOU BELIEVE HIM AFTER WHAT HAPPENED??? HE DID NOT APOLOGIZE AT ALL, HIS MANAGER YETI DID NOT CARE TO COME OUT AND BE A MAN AND APOLOGIZE!!! INSANE, THIS IS JUST WRONG! COPS CAME, MADE A REPORT AND I LEFT. I WILL PURSUE THIS AS LONG AS I CAN! I AM HOME, STILL UNDER STRES I WENT THROUGH... NO ONE, NOT EVEN A SINGLE PERSON APOLOGIZED FOR ANY OF THEIR ACTIONS!!! NONE! THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS, THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS! PASS THEIR DEALERSHIP, DO NOT EVEN THINK OF GOING THERE IF YOU RESPECT YOUR MONEY! I AM WAITING TO SEE THEIR REPLY TO MY POST.
