The process was daunting because I had to deal with so many different people before I actually got to pick up vehicle & info had 2 be given multiple times then bank claims they still didn't receive info f many different people before I actually got to pick up vehicle & info had 2 be given multiple times then bank claims they still didn't receive info for funding to be completed just not a good look and I've had car since 7/2/25 More

Driver side bird view camera wasn’t working and Leo knew exactly what was wrong with my vehicle, ordered the part for me and send me on my way. Once the part arrived he called me back to get it installed an exactly what was wrong with my vehicle, ordered the part for me and send me on my way. It took 3 weeks to deliver my vehicle because the vehicle wasn’t even inspected when it was on the lot and I was the one that had to alert them of the vehicle check engine light. I was given new repair time wasn’t even inspected when it was on the lot and I was the one that had to alert them of the vehicle check engine light. I was given new repair time frames about 7 times that I just had to laugh at some point. I kept getting lame excuses like the parts were on back order due to Covid back order issues. The process was so bad to closing that I even had to sign a whole new set of documents 3 weeks later than the first set… who wants to sit with F&I twice?!?! From the sales process to the handling by management without any extra customer service to the obviously bad service and/or parts departments, it’s very unlikely I’d go back to a Clay Cooley dealership! More
