Excellent First of all we were drawn to Blade Chevrolet because they are able to get their work done in six days per week rather than seven. As an old guy, I've learned the value of the word 'enough'. In this case 6 days is enough to get the job done very well and still leave time for other things. My experience on their car lot was that they were there to help but gave me space to look around and check out their inventory. Josh showed me several cars and pointed to an unusually clean, low mileage car we finally bought. He knew it's history, very informative. Throughout the negotiating process they were pleasant and not at all pushy. Overall I would say that it comfortable and pleasant experience. More

I have been buying new and used cars for over 40 years, and this was the best experience I ever had. I must have looked at 20-30 cars and 1/2 dozen Dealerships to find the right first car for my Grand Daug and this was the best experience I ever had. I must have looked at 20-30 cars and 1/2 dozen Dealerships to find the right first car for my Grand Daughter. I have to say that a number of the "salesmen" were pushy, tried to get me to significantly upgrade my price range, and did not listen when I explained exactly what I was looking for. I went to Blade Chevrolet because I have my car serviced there and have always been satisfied. I met Juan Ibbara there and he was a class act. I told him what I was looking for and what my price range was, and he did not waste my time. He showed me three cars and when I asked him for a recommendation he was very honest with me. Soft spoken, understanding, and very helpful in selecting a car for my Grand Daughter. He was not "pushy" as many car salesman are and did not play the "my manager" game. He found us a really great car within our price range and treated my Grand Daughter like an adult (which she is). If I needed a new car I would absolutely look him up again. He also followed up with a call to be sure she was happy with the car. The Finance gentleman, sorry but can't remember his name, was really great as well. My experiences with many F& I guys have been frustrating and time consuming more often than not. This young man was friendly, soft spoken, respectful and very quick. He did not try to sell me a bunch of "add ons" like so many do. It was a very pleasant experience for a change. Last but not least, Blade Chevrolet did a great job of going over all the mechanical elements of the car including putting new tires on it for me. They also did a supper job of detailing it. It looked like a new car when they were done with it even though it was 13 years old. I would absolutely recommend Blade Chevrolet and Juan Ibarra to anyone looking to buy a car or have their car serviced. More

Juan was friendly, courteous, helpful, and "non-pushy".. He acted more like a friend than a care salesman. Both Juan and the Dealer went beyond the norm to make the purchase easy and my Grand Daughter happy. The Dealer service all around was A+, and I would recommend Juan and Blade Chevrolet to anyone in the market for a car. More

We traveled from Lake Stevens (probably 45 minutes) because the dealership had been recommended by two couples we trust. We were told to ask for Juan, so we made an appointment. Beforehand we investigated their stock of used vehicles and saw a couple we thought might work. Specifically, we needed to purchase a tow vehicle for an old trailer we just bought. The fact that Blade also sells RV's was helpful, and Juan's previous experience on that lot was especially good. The most important reason why I gave such high ratings, however has to do with the way we were treated. We were looking to make a "swap" trade and so the profit could not have been all that great. Yet, we received absolutely superior customer - the same as someone buying a $100,000 RV would have received. We know because one of the people who recommended Juan did just that. That's impressive. I have purchased from several dealerships in three different states, and this is by far the best experience we had in purchasing an auto. More
