Simply an amazing experience I had no choice but to get a new car after getting rear ended at a red light and my vehicle being a total loss. It was very overwhelming but these guy I had no choice but to get a new car after getting rear ended at a red light and my vehicle being a total loss. It was very overwhelming but these guys really made it easy. It all started with Ben Steinberg the minute I called in asking for help he got on it right away and made sure any questions I had were answered. When i arrived at manly he was caught up in something and handed me over to Juan Meza who was so kinda and so patient with me (I had many questions) and simply took great care of me. And not to mention Paul Matulich who took care of all of my paperwork and made this process so less stressful. These guys were simply amazing I had a great experience at Manly Honda. And I got an amazing car so it's a Win Win! More

Bummer The service department should get 5 stars. That's the only reason this review isn't a 1 star review. I went in to turn my lease into a purchase. I was uber clear with the salesperson that my company was buying the vehicle, not me. Uber clear. He kept quoting me 3.54% which was awesome. When I finally went to sign the paperwork it was 5.54%. It was either a huge bate and switch or the salesperson wasn't educated. The finance guy was pretty wiggly and not helpful in what the final interest rate would be. I signed anyway and told him to call me when the loan funded so I'd know what my rate was. Never called. I left a message and never heard back. Till of course they had a problem with their paperwork and funding the loan and called me and immediately needed me to be available for them without issue. So frustrating. Next came the part I never enjoy, price. This was a pre- owned CR-V with low miles. I came up with an amount that would work for me. Quickly they came up with my price and a low interest rate. Easiest car buy ever! I love it!!! More

3rd time was not a charm I was sitting in the finance manager’s office discussing the details of my 3rd Manly Honda car purchase within 10 years. He was touting the owner’s ph I was sitting in the finance manager’s office discussing the details of my 3rd Manly Honda car purchase within 10 years. He was touting the owner’s philosophy of customer service and cited his warning to his team that car buying would soon be going the way of Amazon and that stellar service would be the only thing that would keep customer loyalty to the dealership. If only the same attention was spent on delivering the service he bragged about! After spending 3 hours in the dealership doing the deal with a nice but inexperienced and under-trained sales person, I was promised my car by 2pm the next day. When I arrived back the next day to pick up the car, it was not ready as promised and I waited another 2.5 hours for it to be “detailed’ with no acknowledgement of my inconvenience and broken promise except for from the young sales person who did not seem to have the authority or skills to do any service recovery. When the car was finally handed over , it had a full tank of gas but no charge. For a plug-in Hybrid, the use of electricity was the main reason I bought the car and not only did I have to drive away using gas, I received no orientation to the new (to me) hybrid technology. I asked for help in getting registered with Honda Link and received nothing. I was sent a standard “how did we do” email hours after my purchase and when I expressed my honest experience, the only response I received was from the sender saying she would tell her manager. Radio silence since then. Now, 10 days after my purchase, I am noticing a sudden fading and discoloration on the black window trim but I dread reaching out to the dealer for fear of the same lack of customer concern I have experienced thus far. I better keep my Prime membership.... I may need it for my next car purchase. More

After many service appointments- finally bought a new car I have been coming to Manly Honda to service my car since I moved to Santa Rosa. I finally needed to buy a new vehicle today and it couldn't have been I have been coming to Manly Honda to service my car since I moved to Santa Rosa. I finally needed to buy a new vehicle today and it couldn't have been a better experience. We did not feel pressured to buy and everyone was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Our salesman, Juan Meza, took the time to explain all the bells and whistles on the car to us (quite a lot has changed since my 2007 Pilot). The business manager explained all the pros and cons about the service plan. I felt taken care of and would/ will buy all our vehicles in the future from Manly! More
