FORD motto WAS quality is Job#1. Now it’s Job#20. Quality has gone by the wayside to promote electric vehicles instead of to their core customers which is gasoline engines. You ca Now it’s Job#20. You can throw 20 turbos on a 4 cylinder engine for gas mileage and emissions but it will not last 60 years as their cars of their past. Most transmissions are junk and/or need replacing with no company support. They are looking for the fast dollar instead of repeat customers. End of an era for me as a 40 year FORD customer. Toyota is the way to go from what I’ve seen, so sad to buy Japanese over American but they did it to themselves. More

I come from a Ford fan family and we've always had Fords, Lincoln and Mercery's. In fact I owed my families 1965 Mustang until 3 years ago when I moved to Wilmington NC from Orange County California. I've de Lincoln and Mercery's. In fact I owed my families 1965 Mustang until 3 years ago when I moved to Wilmington NC from Orange County California. I've dealt with many Ford dealership during my driving years but Capital Ford Lincoln is the cream of the crop. Excellent service, affordable service costs and very friendly service advisors. Alex went above and beyond to get me my car back to me after unexpected repairs in time for me to leave on my trip to visit family 550 miles away. A+ to Alex and Capital Lincoln Ford! More
