Our experience with the finance department was the worst. After we were told to wait for the finance department a lady comes in. Her name is Judy Patureau she calles my name name and without introducing he After we were told to wait for the finance department a lady comes in. Her name is Judy Patureau she calles my name name and without introducing herself not even saying the greeting of the day she starts walking towards the cubicle sits down and tells us that we needed to put a down-payment to get the vehicle. While she talks to us she gives us a negative and derogatory look and at this point I tried to ask for other alternatives but again very unprofessional with the same derogatory look she says no. After this I started asking for other alternatives but at this point the lady turned her head away and started looking at my wife with the same unprofessional and derogatory demeanor and that's when my wife said it was time for us to leave. No only we felt disappointment because the lack of options that were given to us but we also felt disrespected. We drove two hours from College Station expecting good customer service. After that we drove a little under an hour further and went to Clear Lake Lexus and got the new vehicle with excellent customer service. Thanks. More

This lady Judy Patureau was very disrespectful to us . All the time we were there she gave us a really derogatory look the entire time we were there. That's how uncomfortable we felt because of the way we got treated. We drove one more hour on top of the two we already drove to get there and got to Lexus Clear Lake and we got the vehicle there with the customer service that any new customer deserves. More
