Julie and the service techs are amazing! I called Julie at 4:40 in a panic. My car needed service and I wasn’t sure what the next step would be. She talked me through everything, told me she’d stay at the center until I arrived ( even though it was scheduled to close at five and I had mere minutes to get there). She contacted the rental car and set that up and took my car in to be serviced immediately. Her communication about what was going on with my car was superior and her customer service skills and her personality made the whole experience so much easierq. Terrific customer service. We had a mechanical problem that was out of warranty, but Mitsubishi extended it due to the fact that it was a occurring in many of these models.
