Really nice folks trying really hard to help On very short ( none really) notice Julie accepted my new Lotus for its 1st service just prior to my leaving town for a week. I was able to make an appointment online during a holiday weekend. Unlike experiences at a previous brand, the Volvo system works perfectly! They went as far as to pick me up, 35 min away, so that I could get my car back sooner. Services were performed quickly. Car was washed and vacuumed for me (a pleasant surprise). Service manger, sales manager and my salesman all stopped me to say hello and make sure I was happy. More
