I strongly recommend Clifton Honda Dealer. My experience with salesperson Julio Cartagena as well as the Sales Manager Natasha was great. Before I have made the decision to come into this dealer I have also with salesperson Julio Cartagena as well as the Sales Manager Natasha was great. Before I have made the decision to come into this dealer I have also made contact with other dealers on the same date. My experience with other dealers and salespersons were horrible and stressful. I was so discouraged and ready to give up on buying a car from a dealer. I even thought about just buying any used car at a small town dealer and just let it be. But then something inside of me said call Honda in Clifton NJ. I made the call and came in contact with Sales manager Natasha. I spoke to her about how it was becoming so hard and stressful for me to buy a car. Number one because I was not ready to get myself into a 5 years debt and number two because I was willing to use all my money savings to buy a used car in order to avoid a monthly payment. She felt how discouraged I was over the phone when I spoke to her and she encouraged me to come into the dealer and ask for her. She said she was going to make sure I get treated like family. At first I was like....yeah ok...here we go again. These dealers are all about the money...I thought to myself. Well, not this time. When I came into the dealer I immediately met the salesperson Natasha had assigned to work with me to get me a car, but wait...not just a used car like I wanted, but they got me into a new car, a 2013 Honda accord LX. At first when they spoke to me about my payment options in order to be to afford a new car without using all of my savings up front I was like, well, I don't know how you guys are going to do it. I was willing to pay $20, 000 on any used car just like that in order to avoid a monthly payment. It was not until Julio and Natasha together as a team got together and put a deal for me. A deal that I did not believe myself because it sounded too good to be true to me at first. We all know how that saying goes; if it is too good to be true then it is not true. Well this time God blessed me with the right sales people and my car deal was just perfect for me, Thank God. If you would like to meet a great team of professional people who are not just about to make a profit of you and kick you out the dealer door in a rush, then the dealers you need to go too is Clifton Honda and ask for Julio Cartagena and sales manager Natasha. Test this for yourself; you have nothing to lose but a nice car to gain. Thank you Julio and Natasha. God bless you guys~ More

Why I gave the rating above? If I could give a ten rating I would. Garden State Honda was my third choice during my car purchasing adventure and I wish I would've gone there first. My son-in-law highly recommended and took me into the dealership on 5/14/13. I currently have a 1994 and 1996 car but getting a 2013 was a dream come true. I was not sure if I could qualify for it but the salesperson Julio Cartagena made my first experience and my dream come true to have a brand new car. At all times during the process he was courteous, friendly and he just made my family and I feel so comfortable. The time spend at the dealership with everyone that my family and I came in contact with was unique. Thank you for making my first time a memorable one. More

Julio Cartegena is a great salesperson. I worked with him over a month due to my credit issues but i got the car i wanted. He constantly checks in with me and to see how the car is doing. His sales approach left us feeling comfortable instead of anxious, as is the situation many people experience when looking for a car. This man will change your opinion of dealing with car salesmen. He is such an asset to this establishment, which by the way is wonderful. Everyone there was friendly and professional. Alex assisted Julio with our purchase and he too was very knowledgeable, courteous and worked with us until we got a deal that we were happy with. Hamad matari was the gentleman who handled the finance part and he was knowledgeable, funny and quick. This team worked well together to make us feel as comfortable as we could be. We have bought other new cars from other dealers and never found the experience to be this pleasant. We would highly recommend our friends and relatives to purchase vehicles at this dealership. I hope Julio sticks around for my next purchase, because he definitely makes purchasing a car a pleasant experience. More
