Hi, my name is Justin Bracken and I have been employed here at Haasz Automall since September 5th, 2010. I was looking for a new way to go and had previously worked with Brian Haasz at Jeff’s Motorcars so I decided to come to Haasz. I have been Chrysler certified since 2010 and won Salesperson of the year both years I was on the sales floor. It’s exciting to have the opportunity to sell the American dream. My ideal clients would say that I am a consumer advocate. I was born and raised in Bolivar, Ohio and currently reside in Canton, Ohio. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my wife and son and watching sports. Go Browns! My family is very important to me and something that would be impossible for me to give up. When people think of me, I hope they always remember me as the guy they could count on and a wholesome family man.

Best dealership I have bought from! I have purchased a couple vehicles from different dealerships in the past. My experience at Haasz was the best I have had! Mike Fulvimar was very frie I have purchased a couple vehicles from different dealerships in the past. My experience at Haasz was the best I have had! Mike Fulvimar was very friendly and welcoming. He wasn't pushy and was easy to work with. They were able to order my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon Hard Rock exactly to my specifications. They didn't try to push me to add anything but worked with getting what I wanted. The Jeep was even delivered early and they kept me up-to-date while I was waiting. I will definitely be back when I'm looking for my next vehicle! More

Awesome dealership! My words for this dealership are endless! I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars! From the moment I stepped foot out of my car, I knew I was walking into a welcoming but non over bearing place! Geno (of which I had no idea even worked there) asked if I was being helped, I had said yes and that I was looking for Brittany, he assisted me in the building and took me over to his desk and got the process started right away, I like that because I am not a first second or third time car buyer, I know the process. I was immediately welcomed with open arms, everyone in that dealer ship treated me as if I was the owner, it was like they laid out the red carpet for me. It was so laid back and relaxed, they offered me a meal, while they took care of everything! I walked around and high fived two of the employees lol! Finance director Greg is quite amazing at what he does, will go to extreme lengths to get you approved, and at the same time, treats you like a family member and not a customer. I felt like I was at a family get together, not a CAR DEALERSHIP!! I would recommend this place to ANYONE! JOB WELL DONE HASSZ AUTOMALL OF RAVENNA!!!! More

New Jeep Grand Cherokee custom made We were guided to the Haasz dealership by using Consumer Report and after a failed situation at another dealership. When it became evident our Jeep would have to be ordered and custom made by Chrysler, the ordering was handled professionally and timely. All the guys at Haasz are great. This is the 5th vehicle purchase we have had from them in the last 3 years. Went in hardly planning on leaving with a vehicle. I had a demanding wishlist and a budget only a crazy person would consent to. Jeff took me on a test drive for a 2011 dodge caliber. I was impressed with the vehicle, but more impressed with the respect and patience I was granted by Jeff and his manager, Justin. It didn't take long to meet on an incredible price (for me anyways) and I was sent home with a beautiful car. The financing was simple and the service shop even gave me a courtesy look-over. I was very pleased with this endeavor. More

I went there to trade in my 2011 kia for a older midsize suv but I was able to get finance for a brand new 2014 jeep I was very happy with the vehicle it's what I always wanted..When I took the car home it suv but I was able to get finance for a brand new 2014 jeep I was very happy with the vehicle it's what I always wanted..When I took the car home it was brand new being that it was brand new I know that there can be any issues being that I'm the first driver some type of sensor came loose and I called justin on the week end and he answered and was able to guide me to what I needed to do I called and they took the car in and gave me a loaner so I can get to work on time that mention a lot to me and being that I live About 30 min away they were nice would to provide fuel because I had to go to work my first visit and would have to come back out to finish the paper work I was very great fun for this More

I went to haasz automall on labor day to look at cars. I was greeted by rich Fernandez when I arrived there after explaining my credit situation I thought I was going to get stuck with a care I really did n was greeted by rich Fernandez when I arrived there after explaining my credit situation I thought I was going to get stuck with a care I really did not want but I could afford. this was not the case at all I ended up with a 2010 mazda 3 that everything I wanted and the payments I could afford. I also needed some service on the car and gary shell gave me a loaner and brian took care of the repairs. it was a great experience and I am comfortable with recommending this dealer. More

Haasz Automall was a very pleasant experience when I bought my car. Actually the best I have experienced EVER buying a vehicle. Justin Bracken was my salesman & took very good care of us.
