Took hours to get the paperwork together for my purchase. Once the paperwork was together it only took five minutes to finalize it. They tried to have me drive off with tire pressure that was ten pounds lo Once the paperwork was together it only took five minutes to finalize it. They tried to have me drive off with tire pressure that was ten pounds lower than the recommended pressure. Makes me think that my car was not checked over before it was to be delivered. Overall very happy with the new Blazer EV. Not as impressed with this dealership. More

This dealership is terrible! Was asked after I test drove vehicle if I was really interested , go figure drive almost two hours and spent time then when it came to negotiations I Was asked after I test drove vehicle if I was really interested , go figure drive almost two hours and spent time then when it came to negotiations I said a deal could be offered through my pre qualification through cargurus yet their interest rate through their bank was not acceptable nor was certain conditions of the the vehicle, once I made my offer the sales manager George said he’d get back to me yet he didn’t and when I called less than two days later he said a deposit was taken on the car, but weeks went by before the car actually sold and after inquiring several times they gave me a ba story about brakes being ordered, no this dealership decided to wait and find a better target, stay clear , and no response would be acceptable since we were in mid negotiations , I have told many colleagues and friends who are in business and they all agreed, they wanted their terms financially or another buyer! Beware! Stay clear! More

I purchased a 2024 Camaro 2SS from Mohawk Chevrolet on January 27th, 2024. My girlfriend and I traveled over 3 hours from Queens, New York to look at this car. Between travel, expenses, and time, this is January 27th, 2024. My girlfriend and I traveled over 3 hours from Queens, New York to look at this car. Between travel, expenses, and time, this is the most I’ve ever spent just to look at a car I wasn’t even sure I was leaving with. I’ve had some great dealership experiences - as well as questionable and down-right terrible ones. That being said, I can confidently say that my experience at Mohawk Chevrolet is hands down, the greatest and fullest dealership experience I’ve ever had. They set a new standard for how I believe dealerships, and businesses in general, should operate; diligent, honest, fair, but more importantly, kind and respectful. I truly mean it when I say that if I had more money - I would have bought more cars that same day. That is how good my experience with Mohawk Cherolet was. Lindsay, Will, Bryan, George and Justin earned my business, and I cannot wait to refer all my friends and family to them. Prior to purchasing my car from Mohawk, I looked at a Camaro in Jersey that had 4 TIMES the advertised miles, had likely been joyridden, and had several dents on it. On top of that, my friends and I weren’t taken seriously and treated with little respect. It soured my perspective, confidence, and approach to dealerships - which made me approach Mohawk with much higher caution and guard - and they still set a new standard of excellence. My first point of contact at Mohawk was Lindsay. She was incredibly positive and respectful, even answering my more specific questions. All the information I wanted, she provided, even the out the door price. She inspired enough trust for me to book a hotel and train tickets to see the car within the week. I was then put into contact with Will, who would be my salesman. He was nothing but kind and personable, even offering to pick us up from the train station. He walked me through how the rest of the transaction would go, and made sure I had no questions or concerns left. Extremely knowledgeable, and great to work with. When we arrived at the dealership, I was told my prospective car was in their holding area. The area was SUPER clean, and only accessed by employees and people who had purchased whichever vehicles were in there. I was greeted by a woman whose name I never got, but she told me that the car had just been detailed, and that if I saw ANYTHING on it that bothered me, they would do what they could to make it right. This was night and day from the dealership in Jersey who “didn’t even know” the car I came to look at had dents on it. The Camaro at Mohawk was absolutely pristine. They then sent Justin in to go over the car with me. I thought I knew everything I needed to know about the car, turns out I didn’t. Justin sat with me for at least 45 minutes, going over every button and piece of technology it had. He even set up the Onstar service and myChevrolet app with me. I have never had someone explain a car to me with this much depth, detail and patience. At that point, I KNEW I was leaving with the car. Next was the paperwork. I worked with Brian, the finance manager. Like the rest of the Mohawk team, he was very knowledgeable; explaining the exact timeline of the car - when it left the factory, when they received it, right down to how they unwrapped and inspected it just a few days prior. I have never been given such an in-depth history of a brand new vehicle, and it gave me full confidence to make my purchase. Brian secured the best financing rate I’ve seen in this terrible market, and was very respectful of my budget when offering extra warranty and service options. No high pressure sales tactics or guilt tripping - just reasonable offers and explanations. It took longer for Justin to explain the car to me, than the entire paperwork process with Brian. I am thankful for the entire Mohawk Chevrolet team that helped make this sale happen. They facilitated an environment of confidence and respect. More

I can't even explain how pleased I was with the service by everyone I came into contact with at Mohawk Chevrolet. Justin Dawes went above and beyond to ensure i was satisfied. I made a long distance purchase on a used car found on internet and the team here was exceptional from the onset of discussions and inquiries about the car, to the detailing prior to taking delivery and the ride from my hotel in Albany to pick the car up. As a recent GM retiree, this was Outstanding service and wish it could be duplicated across the country. I am so very pleased with the additions the team made to the car to ensure it was safe and exactly what I was looking for. Had a great ride back to Michigan in my new XTS Platinum V Sport.
