Purchased a Used GMC 1500 SIERRA. The salesman was easy to work with. The truck had some issues and they were taking care of before and after the purchase. Great job by the entire Kelly team! Andre Mannain, my salesman stayed with this sale from the time he answered the email request until the time I drove the car off of the lot. Andre made it easy for me to drive the extra miles passing up numerous other Ford dealerships in order to do business with Kelly Ford. Andre and the team working with him, Casey, Justin, Clayton and insurance and business associates made my purchasing a new vehicle from Kelly Ford a pleasure. I’ve bought 20+ new cars over the years and I can honestly say that experience I had with the team at Kelly Ford can not be beat. Of the 4 automotive dealers that I contacted about purchasing a new car, two of them never got back to me with accurate pricing, one of them (a large Ford dealership) couldn’t locate anything close to what I was looking for, while Kelly Ford had a good selection of inventory. I’ve never had a financial closing go more smoothly. All the numbers matched, no surprises, no pressure sales to buy additional items. To put it simply - ‘These guys are good at what they do’. Might be the best I’ve ever dealt with! More
