Wife and I went to the dealer this afternoon for info on a new Accord. Headed inside and was met by a salesman who didn't seem very interested in us but did ask what we were interested in. He went out to the lot and drove a car over to us to look at. The price on the window sticker had almost $10K added on over MSRP with $5K being "extra dealer profit". When I asked about this, the guy just said that it's now lower than it used to be, that it was $8K during Covid, as if that had anything to do with it. I told him we were going to buy a car soon and asked how negotiable the price was - he just said well, that depends on how many of each model we have on hand. He didn't even offer us a card and we drove away. We're still going to buy a car, but not from this place. I had to rate an employee in order to submit this review so I picked the manager although I didn't speak with him. More

Avoid going there. I had the worst experience ever. The very attentive sellers will make you feel in heaven but when you ask for the vehicle numbers it is another st I had the worst experience ever. The very attentive sellers will make you feel in heaven but when you ask for the vehicle numbers it is another story because although the prices are very low on the website or when the seller shows you the vehicle on his tablet when you arrive at the time to buy they are not low because there is that price that it says on the page, always add $2890 if on their page it shows that the car is $9,000, in reality the sale of the car is for $12,000 plus fees and taxes. Don't be fooled by that part. They surprised me when I saw the difference because for a car worth $15,423 with their adds they were charging me $21,890. And since the purchase was cash, I don't want to imagine how much it would be if it were financed. I had to go More

I am completely unsatisfied, i drove all the way all the way to fort myers, one hour, and wasted gas, they taped the rain plastic censor protector. Refuses to cancel my extended warranty after months of giving me the run around. Honestly, I never thought I'd have to go through this. Months and months of this, and now they just hang up on me. One time they just put the phone down while I heard them have a good laugh saying "it's the guy that thinks we're actually gonna cancel his extended warranty hahaha". Horrible, horrible people. Run from this place. Unless you want to spend money on a lawyer like me months down the line. More
