Well, I made way to the dealership for service on a 2014 Soul with 97K miles on the odom that had lost its brakes. I was happily surprised to see that it had changed hands and was now an OAKES dealership. Soul with 97K miles on the odom that had lost its brakes. I was happily surprised to see that it had changed hands and was now an OAKES dealership. Long story short, I ended up driving out in a new 2025 Soul with 7 miles on the odom. The entire process including dealing with Josh in service and Justin in sales was everything a car buying experience should be. Easy, respectful, and honest. It should be noted that 97% of the process was accomplished via text and phone call with Justin who was great to work with. I am extremely grateful to everyone for the experience and can't speak highly enough of the OAKES ownership in Olathe - big win for us in the southland. More
