Finally left at 2:48pm, said I should be happy they threw in washing my car, which I have clearly stated do not do, because they leave the car with a stale water smell, windows are smeared and they don't dust or vacuum. But after being there for 45 minutes with again both engine and cabin filter (which I think they just keep by the door) stating they are dirty and need to be replaces. Replied no not needed, service man ok your car will be done soon. Soon is not a 2 hour visit. Plus my vehicle is a 2016 and they have suggested work needed totally over $4,000 dollars. One of these is to replace the fuel filter and by looking this up they would have to change out the whole fuel pump. I do not want a phone call an email nothing from this. More

A very professional experience I came in for an oil change and drove right in the service area. I was greeted promptly and very courteously. I was directed to the waiting area as I came in for an oil change and drove right in the service area. I was greeted promptly and very courteously. I was directed to the waiting area as I needed a ride to work. I was a little disappointed in that the usual pastries were not there, and the TV was not on, so the was a bit of awkwardness with that. I was notified as soon as the shuttle was ready leave, and the driver took my information very quickly and we were on our way. It was a very safe ride, with professional conversation along the way. New Tires w/ Alignment & Balance Because my husband scheduled the appointment for installing new tires- yea, on sale! - on the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend, of course they we Because my husband scheduled the appointment for installing new tires- yea, on sale! - on the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend, of course they were realllllly busy. We settled into a room just outside the service area that also had television. It was a great place for the preschooler and mom to settle into as well with the PBS kids program schedule. The area was clean, close to restrooms, vending machines in the lobby area, beverages, etc. The preshooler asked his mom if the floor was glass - it was that clean. As soon as I saw all of the other patrons, I knew we would have a longer wait. My service rep came back near the end to explain that the tech had difficulty with the alignment; we live in a small town that has had street work going in our every direction for a year or more -- my "baby" was really out of alignment as a result. The form/diagram proved it. Apparently, they checked my "baby" for a few other things and noted an item to be checked again at my next oil change but also noted that it is not a dangerous thing at the moment. Of course I am returning my "baby" for scheduled maintenance at Machens Hyundai to keep her running and me informed. More
