I purchased a 2021 Kia Seltos for my daughter. Everything went smoothly until the salesman brought to car to the front for us to take possession of it. He only then told us the car does not have any key fobs, so the key-less entry does not work. I told him that is not what we agreed to as the car was advertised with key-less entry. He brought the manager out and I asked for my check back and my title for the vehicle I traded and we would cancel the sale as the vehicle never left the dealer lot. He told me to just take it and get key fobs made for it. He said they where only about $75 each. I later found out 2 key fobs with programing are over $1000. I contacted David the salesman and he told me I had to talk to management. I called to talk to management 5 different times, they where always busy, in a meeting, or just ignoring me. I left messages for them to call me and never got a call back. More

They falsified documents on a vehicle stating the vehicle was in good condition with no leaks. Two weeks later the vehicle had mechanical issues. I was faced with a $10,000 bill to fix issues that were ignor was in good condition with no leaks. Two weeks later the vehicle had mechanical issues. I was faced with a $10,000 bill to fix issues that were ignored or falsified. Those issues were “fixed” two months later, and failed again. They refused to correct the mistakes. They have lost my business and everyone I know will know about this experience. More

I came into corwin Honda after having an issue with another location. Justin was kind, and welcoming and genuinely listened to my concerns and made sure I had a great sales agent . I purchased a 2021 CRV from Corwin and after purchasing, we discovered a dent along the passenger side. A manager promptly agreed to pay for the repairs since I live three hours from Corwin Honda and wouldn we discovered a dent along the passenger side. A manager promptly agreed to pay for the repairs since I live three hours from Corwin Honda and wouldn't be able to get it fixed there. I have a written agreement from Corwin Honda saying they will cover the cost of repairs. The car has now been at the body shop, finished, and ready to go for two weeks. The body shop has been leaving messages daily for Justin the GM and has did not heard back for over 2 weeks. I am now waiting for payment to go through and STILL without my vehicle. I have no explanation as to why it's taking so long for Justin to pay. I am extremely angry with the lack of urgency and respect for both myself and the body shop employees who are waiting on payment while also out a loaner vehicle for 2x the amount of days they agreed to. It is utterly ridiculous given the written agreement from another manager. I want to include that this is no reflection on Cole Fergen, the salesperson, and I had an otherwise great experience purchasing my vehicle. More
