Makenna Purcell, my salesperson, spent the time needed with me to answer all of my questions and make sure I knew which model to go with, since I was looking at two. She was patient with all of my odd required items, which are probably very different from most people. She went above and beyond to make sure that I got to experience the Ford Escape in every way so that I was 100% in my decision. When it came time to talk money, I had the very best experience with the new car sales manager, Mike Munden. He was very professional, very easy to work with, and we were able to come to an agreeable number fairly quickly. Then I was off to finance, and Justin McCarroll was thorough, explained everything, and made the finance portion very easy, which was nice. I won't go anywhere else to buy a Ford, and will refer everyone I know to Sam Pack's Five Star Ford. If you are looking for a Ford, this is the ONLY dealership to go to! More
