I contacted Justin on Thursday about noon, we visited back &forth most all day. I boarded a plane at 10:00 am in Lubbock Tx & landed in Phoenix at 2:00. They wouldn’t sell the truck for the online advertised price because it was still in transit. Why advertise a discounted price when you can’t buy the truck for that until it hits the lot? Pretty scummy mo price because it was still in transit. Why advertise a discounted price when you can’t buy the truck for that until it hits the lot? Pretty scummy move when you combine that with the line that you can either lock up the truck for $3k over advertised price or risk someone else buying the truck once it hits the lot. I was told when the truck was delivered it would be put at the front of the line to get detailed and whatever the setup/inspection process is. When I got to the dealership 2 hrs later nobody had touched it. I had to wait over 5 hours for them to get the truck ready. Once the truck was sold (I waited and hounded the salesman until it hit the lot) they owed me dealer installed black bowties on front and back. Those took over 45 days to get. This may be a high volume dealership but it’s not because of service. These guys are your run-of-the-mill outfit. Over promise and under deliver. More
