I went to test-drive a volkswagon beetle...both Jason & Justin were very knowledgable about the product....I loved the way it drove but was very honest about the fact that I would be test-driving other v & Justin were very knowledgable about the product....I loved the way it drove but was very honest about the fact that I would be test-driving other vehicles...they were very low-pressure & friendly...agreeing that it was in my best interest & to let me know how they compared...I have to admit that it was the least anxiety-provoking experience I've ever had in a car dealership...I didn't feel surrounded by sharks as I have at all other dealerships...kudos to them for my positive experience.... 2 years ago I was recommended to World and had a great experience. Got a 2011 GTI. 2 years later, they send me a letter...we can lower you payment and upgrade your car. The next day I showed up and dro experience. Got a 2011 GTI. 2 years later, they send me a letter...we can lower you payment and upgrade your car. After leaving the Volkswagen in Shrewsbury, we had a very bad taste in our mouths about Volkswagen dealerships and salesmen. We decided to give it one more try and choose Neptune Volkswagen. We were greeted by Bob within minutes of arriving. David, Jon, Justin, and Bob were the most professional and courteous salesmen we had ever encountered. They were full of personality and very patient with the both of us. Bob answered all of our questions without ever making us feel as if we were a bother. The entire location was wonderful. I would recommend this dealership in the future because of their services. I loved every minute of the experience and untimely drove away in my new car!!! THANK YOU WORLD VOLKSWAGEN!!!!! More

I am very happy with everything about the VW buying experience. The car is great, they guys have been tremendously responsive to any questions I have had ( I got the car 7 weeks ago). I searched on the Internet for a pre-owned ’09 Toyota Camry Hybrid with low miles and in good condition. I found a few certified vehicles at Toyota dealerships and one that was offered through World Volk Camry Hybrid with low miles and in good condition. I found a few certified vehicles at Toyota dealerships and one that was offered through World Volkswagen in Neptune, NJ. I first contacted the World VW internet sales department by phone and got somewhat confused answers to my questions. I decided to drive two hours from my home near Philly to check out and test drive the car. When I arrived at World VW I was greeted by Bob Molloy who is a seasoned sales professional. Bob had the car ready for a test drive and allowed me to do a thorough check of the vehicle. The car and its condition was accurately described in their on-line ad. He answered my questions and concerns about the vehicle to my satisfaction. When it came time to negotiate for the car, Bob and Justin Simcox were reasonable and not pushy or overbearing. They listened to my offer and responded in a reasonable way. World VW’s requirement of a glass etch fee was the only part of the deal that was of questionable value. We eventually struck a reasonable deal that was fair for everyone. When I picked up the car, all of the paperwork was properly prepared by Dave Mitchell and the car was ready to go as promised. After receiving the official NJ vehicle title via FedEx about 1 week later, I transferred title to PA and the car passed PA inspection with flying colors. Over the years I have purchased many different new and pre-owned vehicles and have endured the high-pressure sales practices and shady deals of many dealers. I can honestly say that my dealing with the folks at World VW was completely different and was one of my best car buying experiences. These folks are straight-shooters who treat the customer with respect. I would recommend this dealership. More

I shopped around and World Volkswagen truly earned my business by understanding what I needed in a new car and what I felt comfortable paying for that car. I appreciate their honesty and will hopefully be back in a couple of years to lease or purchase a new vehicle from World Volkswagen. The time spent at the dealership was minimal except for waiting for finance/lease associate to sign paperwork; this was due to the high volume of purchases that night and did not reflect poorly on the staff. I was kept comfortable with anything I needed and caught up on some television and emails while I waited. Thanks for the easy experience in what can often be a frustrating endeavor More
