Mirena met me on her day off so I could return my complimentary loaner car and pick up my Ioniq 5 with its nicely repaired rim. Mirena has always been cheerful and helpful. Ava Hamilton, my sales complimentary loaner car and pick up my Ioniq 5 with its nicely repaired rim. Mirena has always been cheerful and helpful. Ava Hamilton, my sales rep, continues to be proactive in making sure everything is just right with my car. I credit Ava with researching, along with her manager, the best people to repair the rim. I'm treated as a valued customer by everyone, from the owner Andrew DiFeo, to Ava in Sales, and to Mirena and Justin in Service. I really appreciate that. More

When we arrived, was greeted by Justin. I told him I preferred Danny. He said ok, it be a few, which I replied, no problem. Next thing I know, he comes back with his iPad and starts chec I told him I preferred Danny. He said ok, it be a few, which I replied, no problem. Next thing I know, he comes back with his iPad and starts checking me in. There were people behind me waiting, so, to not hold your other customers up. I let him go forward. I specifically told him, we were leaving on vacation, so to hurry the process, when oil change/tire rotation was completed, DO NOT SEND CAR FOR CAR WASH, PLEASE TELL TECHS NOT TO ADJUST MY SEATS AND MIRRORS just to pull in garage. He says, well they have to pull it in garage. Wow, I said I know, but I don’t think they need to change everything to pull in garage. I’m handicapped and re-adjusting everything, especially the seat, was difficult. It seemed to be taking an unusual amount of time, so I asked, and was told just about done. Well, it took time because the car was send to car wash and vacuum. Then, I go to get in vehicle, you guessed it, seat and mirrors all changed. Will this a stop me from continuing service here, NO, but when a customer makes specific requests, the requests should be granted. Danny, however, is extremely good and goes far beyond with great customer service. More
