Best Car Buying Experience!! The experience that my husband and I had at Ken Ganley Toyota was absolutely wonderful. We started our day off at another dealership, which was an abs The experience that my husband and I had at Ken Ganley Toyota was absolutely wonderful. We started our day off at another dealership, which was an absolute horrible experience and waste of 2 hours. Initially when talking about what cars we were going to look at, we thought Toyota was going to be outside of our budget, but we decided that we were going to go look. We were somewhat in a pinch to find a car as my husband's lease was up so we had money set aside and were somewhat set on a price. From the time we walked in the door, we were greeted by a smile, which was something that was lacking at the first dealership. When the young lady at the front desk asked how she could help us, I told her that I wanted to buy a car and would buy a car if car if we had the right salesman. I told the young lady that I wanted someone that was friendly and had a personality. She said then introduced us to Anthony. He was the best! Not only was he friendly and patient (very, very patient), he listened to what we were looking for. Anthony suggested that we look at a Toyota Highlander, even though I had my heart set on a 4Runner. I'm so glad that we listened to him!! My husband and I are SO thrilled with the Highlander that we left with. The overall experience was fantastic and I honestly felt like we were appreciated and not looked at as a customer that someone was trying to sell a car to. From Anthony, to Rick in finance who went over all the payment information, to Robert who showed us the ins and outs of our car and how to work all the gadgets on it and made sure the car was spotless inside and out, to Justin (the general manager) who let my husband "wheel and deal" with him, we felt appreciated. We actually not only got a handshake, but also a hug!! This is how a car buying experience should be. I would DEFINITELY recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car! The atmosphere was relaxed and we didn't feel pressured to do ANYTHING. There was nothing but honesty and that was the main thing that my husband and I were looking for. We couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. I am very happy that the first dealership didn't work out! Thank you so much!! More

Easy car buying experience! I had been looking for a used car for months at various dealerships. Within a few weeks of telling Jon Donaldson what I was looking for, he called wi I had been looking for a used car for months at various dealerships. Within a few weeks of telling Jon Donaldson what I was looking for, he called with the perfect car for me! I would highly recommend him and this dealership. They were focused on my wishes, and made the car buying process easy and comfortable. I was able to complete most of the paperwork over the phone and through email, keeping my time at the dealership to a minimum, which was important to me. More

Friendly easy process Our story starts off as most. We were looking at a few cars that we were interested in but were not planning on buying for another few weeks. We were finishing lunch after browsing a few dealerships all morning and were about to call it a day when my boyfriend realized he forgot he wanted to look at an iM if one was around the area. Lucky for us, we were right down the road from Toyota which only had one in stock. We pulled in about an hour before the dealership closed for the day and was immediately approached by Wendy, who was both very nice and very professional. It was a relief that we didn't have to go hunt down someone to help us like we had to do at all the other dealerships we visited. We drove the car around and had a lovely no BS talk about the car and the price. We made it clear that we were not really interested in buying a car that night but wanted to run numbers to see how much it would cost if we did decide to come back and purchase it since we wanted to sell our other car first. Wendy understood this, but let us know that there was a rebate on the car currently and that they would give us the trade in value of what we thought the car was worth without even looking at it. Let's say we got more than we thought for our 06 Honda Accord. With that, we got the car within our original planned budget. They did not push the sale on us, but they did provide facts and offered us a deal that we just couldn't pass up. Wendy and all of the others involved in our process were VERY friendly, knowledgeable, professional and not pushy. They were not upset that we ended up keeping them way past closing as well since we started the process so late in the day. We truly enjoyed our experience with them and would highly recommend them to anyone. More

Jorge always greeted me pleasantly when I came in for service on my 2015 4Runner which I loved. I wasn’t planning on upgrading, however, Jorge & Justin negotiated the price that I wanted to pay. Justin Yelling is the manager that is actually “available” to the customer. Not behind the scenes like the wizard. Additionally, Bob Kilmeyer service mgr. has provided excellent customer service over the past few years. He has gone above & beyond for me on more than one occasion and John Mesko, finance was also a pleasure to deal with. These guys are a great team. A 4Runner & Ganley fan for sure. More
