Car buying can be one of the worst experiences in someone's life: it's stressful, expensive, salesman can be pushy, and it can be a long strenuous process. My experience at Brent Brown was honestly none of those negative things. I felt comfortable, the process was quick and easy, Kai was an amazing salesperson, who was knowledgeable and not pushy, and everyone we interacted with seemed motivated to help us get out the door satisfied and on time. Overall, potentially one of the worst processes in life went amazing and I'm so excited to drive my new car. More

Kai and Logan were super helpful and patient as I tried to figure out which car I wanted. They didn’t pressure me AT ALL, and were more concerned with what was best for me than selling a car.
