When lease was approved & I had the keys in my hand, she was very thorough in explaining everything not only in my manual but also by helping me setup my personal settings in the car. Buying a car at Wilde Subaru was a delight twice This was the second Outback we bought at Wilde in 21 months. We have been happy both times with the purchase : the first in 2017 from Scott Hytry, and the second two days ago from Kailee Frick. Kailee patiently, and with obvious enjoyment at teaching and making driving wonderfully pleasant for us, explained all the new features on the new 2019 Outlook. For me buying a car has been a more pleasant experience at Wilde Subaru than at any other place. The service department is excellent. More

After a strong negotiation I got a price I was happy with on my Impreza, (I actually enjoy the haggling) and getting the exact package I wanted was worth the wait, even though it took almost 10 weeks. Financing was pretty much a breeze - they had it all set up when I got there. Was very impressed that they went through all the features with me. It's complicated now with all the digital stuff and safety features, so it was "information overload" but they handled that well. I always joke that you have to have a teenager to set up your computer and multimedia systems, and they literally had one to walk me through it. (Thanks Ava.) So excited to have my all wheel drive - bring on the snow! More
