This is my 3rd Subaru, but first time at Secor and now I won’t go anywhere else. I almost purchased a Chevy but went back to Subaru, if it wasn’t for the great service I received I probably would have ended won’t go anywhere else. I bought my 2024 Crosstrek Sport in Aug 2023. I love the car. there was a hiccup with the registration. The finance team caught issue and fixed it. I stopped in the next day and was told it would be taken care of. A couple of days later, they picked up my car from work, and inspected the damage and told me they had to order parts. I did not hear anything from them until Oct. I was told they were still waiting on a part. I have not heard anything since. I have bought some accessories from the parts dept. the parts arrived and I was notified in a timely manner. I have not used their service dept. More

From the moment I called Secor Subaru till we drove our new Outback off the lot, everything was Great! Wayne was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He set things up and took the time to go through the cars functions. Especially since we have driven Volvos (the last purchased from Secor) and our last vehicle was nine years old. Waynes's instruction and patience was most helpful with the new technology, safety features and our age:). Austin took the time to go through all the paperwork and answer any questions we had.
