Overall, our experience was acceptable. However, as we sit back and look at the car now, we realize that we are stuck with a 3 year lease for a car we are not satisfied with. A great deal of the blame lies with us for not picking up on everything he said. We really didn't care if our car was the "cheapest" or not, which it turned out to be. We have NEVER purchased anything just because it was cheap. We traded in a 2011 Sonata with more bells and whistles than what we got in a 2013. We are not satisfied at all, but realize that we are stuck with the car for 3 years. More

EXCELLENT SERVICE My second car I purchased a couple weeks ago on May 28th. I am very happy with my new car however not very impressed with the sales rep. The process felt rushed, I didn't feel as informed as I was during my prior purchase. I literally had to review the paper at home, where I found some discrepancies which I brought up to my Sales Rep. who should be fixing said issues. The Sales Rep. is a very nice person; he just needs to slow it down a notch a handle the customers concerns in a more detailed manner. I truly the level of service I have received from this Company since I’ve been a customer. We were very pleased with the deal we made and felt completely comfortable signing on the dotted line. Finance Manager Debbie Greene similarly explained the finance portion of the sale and expeditiously moved us through the multiple signatures required making sure we understood the necessity of each. Once our purchase was complete Kale went over the use and functionality of each special feature of the car. I'm from Orlando Florida and there are a couple Hyundai dealers here, but they don't even come close to Fitzgerald's customer service and pricing. I went online check out the car that I really want it, apply for credit thru their own site (really easy btw), then they followed up with an email and worked out the last details thru text with Kale. I took an hour an a half drive to Clearwater and believe it or not, 40 minutes after I was driving back with my beautiful White Sonata SE. Can't get any better than that!! Kale Azzan is very professional, fun and great to work with. This industry needs more people like Kale and dealers like Fitzgerald Hyundai. Again, Thank you so much to Kale and Fitzgerald team. More

Hyundai Corporation USA has advertized through their website and through their brochures a vihicle both in 2011 and 2012 that clear is NOT availble in all the continental states. Hyundai Corporation USA has advertized through their website and through their brochures a vehicle both in 2011 and 2012 that clearly is NOT available in “all” the continental United States, the Santa Fe SE AWD. Yet nowhere and I mean nowhere, does Hyundai Corp specify with a foot note, or in any other way that this vehicle is sold only up in the Northern states, and not in Florida, and that Dealers do not have this vehicle available in their lots in the entire state of Florida. I contacted both in 2011 and 2012 all the local dealerships in the Tampa metropolitan area, and even contacted dealers located close to where this vehicle is assemble at the Hyundai Motor Manufacturing plant in Alabama. None, absolutely none said they had this vehicle and none said they could get it for me. Except, one dealership, Fitzgerald Clearwater Hyundai. They were able through one of their Northern dealerships in the Washington DC area, to deliver this car to me in Florida. Fitzgerald in Clearwater is courteous, friendly and professional, and I am glad they were there to help me obtain this car before giving up and buying something else. More
