Karen helped me navigate through my first ever car buying experience. After visiting another dealership closer to home, I knew right away I needed a salesperson who could sympathize with my personal needs an experience. After visiting another dealership closer to home, I knew right away I needed a salesperson who could sympathize with my personal needs and who would allow me to make the ultimate decision to buy on my own. Karen absolutely helped me achieve this. She accompanied me on several test drives, but only after thoroughly explaining the features each car had to offer. I most appreciated Karen's candidness and honesty, and the time she gave me to consult with friends and family before finally deciding to purchase. When we learned that the exact make and model I wanted was not available on site, she was able to locate a brand new vehicle on one of their incoming delivery trucks, and even kept an eye on it for me before I was able to pick it up to ensure it had the exact specifications I was looking for (as a PA buyer, I didn't want holes in the front bumper for a front license plate, and she guaranteed the dealership wouldn't drill them unless I wanted them!). I would highly recommend consulting with Karen and Lester Glenn for your next car buying purchase. It's nearly two hours away from home for me, but I can say with certainty that I'll be back. She took all the time I needed, there was no rush, no hard sell whatsoever. She knew the Santa Fe and fully explained all the features of the vehicle. She followed up to ensure that I had no problems and was satisfied with the purchase. Karen was fabulous. I drove an hour to reach this dealership because they had a large inventory of Santa Fes and the trip was well worth it. The dealership made some money, I got a price I liked, and I felt like I was treated fairly and with honesty. I highly recommend this dealership and plan to purchase my next vehicle there. More

Delivery went equally as smooth. All paper work was ready to go, and after we had gone completely through the car and all it's features, I was on my way.
