We inquired about a used vehicle on their lot Friday 4/28. Kattorra Lewis and Kari Williams were both working with us. We received an offer sheet for cash purchase of vehicle, but were also contemplating a trade which required them to value the vehicle in person. Saturday morning, we confirmed appointment and were assured everything was good. We were told they would have the vehicle ready for us. When we arrived for our appointment, Ms. Williams was with another family and encouraged us to take the vehicle for an extended test drive and to lunch. When we came back to the dealership, we were informed the vehicle was sold the night before. The used car sales manager, Peyton Mosley, explained that business is done on a “first come first serve” basis, and while unfortunate it was a “simple miscommunication”. No compensation for the six hours of travel time, two hours of waiting around for Ms. Williams, or the wasted tank of gas was offered. More
