Smooth.....Hey Karl you really know your Stuff So what can I say. After several dealerships and phone calls an inquiries I finally am an owner of a 2016 CPO Mercedes because of Flagship Motors in L So what can I say. After several dealerships and phone calls an inquiries I finally am an owner of a 2016 CPO Mercedes because of Flagship Motors in Lynnfield. Lets start with Danielle Keyes. In formative, knowledgeable personable and persistent Talked to her through emails and phone conversations and her demeanor and professional way about her was second to none. Even with her knowledge of my venturing off too other dealerships she never lost contact. For that I am grateful. She paired me with Karl Becker, who proceeded to give me knowledge and enlightened me on the 2016 Mercedes 300 I was eventually going to purchase. From the moment he introduced himself he was a breathe of fresh air. I have never been an owner of a Mercedes before and it was a little intimidating at first. But I pulled up , saw the car that was our first choice, which I feel is a sixth sense a car salesman has to have , to know just what to present and say to make a deal. Karl and Danielle did all of that. Sitting in the car for the first time with Karl was relaxing and informative and I was put at ease immediately and relaxed and enjoyed everything about a test drive. Yup I said it ENJOYED IT. So I leave the dealership like a kid waiting for Christmas knowing that my wife would have to like the car as well for it was going to be mainly her car. Need not fear, Karl came through. My wife saw the car and I right away knew she was about to be schooled by Karl and swayed into feeling the same as me. So Karl did the same thing to my wife , got her in the car explained things and when they emerged I knew it was a done deal. Karl has a way of conversing that is never condescending . I am so happy I ended up back at Flagship after my brief flirtation with other dealers. At Flagship all the cars are priced correctly which makes the painstaking negation nonexistent . You will know and feel like you got a good deal. My wife and I are now a part of the Mercedes family and anyone who is in the market for one should start and end their journey at Flagship. And lets not forget Darnell in finance. Nice, informative, congenial, walked us through the numbers and finalized everything . Thanks to everyone here at Flagship. I am very happy to be a proud owner of a CPO Palladium Silver C300 . ITS A GREAT FEELING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

This transaction with Karl was handled without any issues from the moment I walked in to the dealership through the delivery of vehicle to me in New Hampshire. This included working with Darnel in their finance department to obtain excellent rates. I highly recommend this dealership and they have honored each subsequent issue with no questions asked. More

Ripped off twice Blind spot monitor not working so I took my car in to get it fixed under warranty. The invoice clearly stated the problem was in the electronics assoc Blind spot monitor not working so I took my car in to get it fixed under warranty. The invoice clearly stated the problem was in the electronics associated with the monitor, which is covered under warranty, but Flagship refused to honor the warranty claiming that it was a problem with the glass in the right rear view mirror, not under warranty, and charged me $415. The only mention of glass in the invoice was that the tech had to replace the mirror glass because the faulty LED is apparently embedded in it. That was the second rip off from this dealership. At a prior service I had requested a tire rotation, (for which they charged me $60!) and then told me the tires were bad and needed replacement. They could have at least called me to let me know that the tires were bad and ask if I still wanted them rotated. In both instances I think my service advisor, Al Swirka, wanted to do the right thing but was caught between me and the dealership. More
