Easiest purchase ever! This was, by far, the easiest experience we've ever had while purchasing a vehicle. There was a plentiful amount of inventory, the staff was exceptionally polite, and the paperwork was a breeze. We especially liked that sales people didn't hover over you and pester us while making a decision. We will continue to drive from Auburn to purchase vehicles from Donohoo Auto. More

Just an awesome experience! I am a total online shopper for a vehicle. I like being able to look at the vehicles first and then doing some of my own research. I hate going to a d I am a total online shopper for a vehicle. I like being able to look at the vehicles first and then doing some of my own research. I hate going to a dealership where they chase you around with a golf cart waiting for you to park. I was able to call Donohoo Auto and get any information or pictures that I asked for. I even had Lemon Squad go out and do a pre purchase inspection. I was told by my inspector they were very helpful and courteous to him. The dealership welcomed an independent inspection and report when I asked for their permission to do so. When I arrived at the dealership my car was parked out front. Everyone that I had contact with for assistance or just speaking too were awesome. Everyone seemed so happy and I did not sense any competition or pressure from any employee. They all seem truly happy with their life and jobs. I will always look here first for my future vehicle purchases. The girls out front set the tone from the time I walked in the door until I left. I wish I could individually commend them too! Thanks to the owner also: you truly have a sales approach that others should see. More

Great Experience! Everyone at Donohoo was helpful. Our daughter bought her car there December of 2016. We were there and observed the process. It was so smooth. So when we decided to purchase a car we went back. I selected 12 cars to drive and found "the one"! Another great experience. The only thing that didn't seem up to the standard that we e pelted because of experience there, was the detailing of the car we purchased. It looked to be a rush job. Since we had a four hour drive home, we decided not to say anything. That won't affect our decision to purchase there again! All in all, it was a great experience from a great staff! More

They have a huge inventory, their website is the most user friendly auto dealer site I’ve ever searched on and their test drive process allowed me to narrow down to which specific make/model fits my “busy working mom” needs without any sales pressure. They even went above and beyond to have the vehicle I chose inspected by a third-party pre-sale to ensure I was completely comfortable with the purchase. Everyone at DonohooAuto; the receptionists, Mark, Jay, Kathryn and Michele made me feel welcomed and that my business was appreciated. More
