Keith the sales rep was so personal and relateable you really didn't feel like you were buying a car. You felt like you were just having a casual conversation about what you like in a car. Also Becky was very organized and thorough so you didn't feel overwhelmed. And I think every dealership needs an Alex! He's like your tech xxxxxx instead of driving off and spending days at home looking at owner's manual, you have him. He will go over all the bells and whistles with you and you can ask him a million questions and he won't even get irritated. I bought my car on a very busy Saturday and not once did I feel rushed or unimportant. That's A1 service. Donohoo has a buyer for life. More

Their selection of high end vehicles is excellen Everyone you will come in contact with at Dohohoo is very professional and really good to work with. Their selection of high end vehicles is excellent. I have been shopping for an Infiniti JX35 for about 3 months. I ended up back at Donohoo because of their options and the value they gave me on my trade. I was also able to get the best interest rate with Donohoo. I am pleased with the Infiniti I purchased as it had every feature you could want. My only disappointment was the interior was not as clean as I would like so I am going to have the interior professionally detailed. The exterior has some scratches but I will work through that. Overall happy with the dealership and all the people I have worked with. More
