Shared what we were interested in, which cars we would like to look at, provide some paperwork, and waited less than 10 minutes for the first of our choices to be brought up to the Customer Experience lot. MO, was very good and led his team with enthusiasm! He answered a few questions for us about the vehicles we selected. Once we knew what we liked and I LOVED, we met with Keith Williams and he worked an amazing trade, deal, and financing! The Maintenance Department cleaned the new car up, helped us move our belongings for our trade vehicle, and then MO spent about 15 minutes explaining everything he knew about the car- which was a lot! Mama left smiling FOR SURE! The staff treated us respectfully as well as welcoming to our daughter and her friend while they patiently waited! Awesome experience all the way around! More

This was my 1st used car experience, I usually buy brand new. I loved the cars on the site, but still was nervous. I did the text chat & was later called by a salesperson, his name was Kyle. I was concerned cause he was so laid back, no pressured conversation. Told him I was from Tennessee & would be traveling to see my 3 choice cars. I was sent emails & phone calls but still no pressure. Now I had read the reviews for the most part they are stellar. I was still nervous but made the trip cause the prices were amazing, & hard to believe. Arriving we were impressed beautiful cars everywhere & salesmen spoke as we walking into the sales office. The receptionist were really sweet & so knowledgeable about what to expect. Now I had 3 cars picked 2 were already sold, I instantly expected my so far experience to come unraveled...but when the car pulled up & we were given the keys to test drive w/out a salesman we were shocked. Long story short, I drove away with a white 2-door Mercedes, I came for another Audi but fell in love with my new purchase. The whole experience was simple, NO stress! And Amazing! I will return for my next purchase. I'm soooooo happy. More

From sales people to finance to their service department, it is a smooth and pleasant experience. I have now purchased three cars from them and as long as I live here, they will have my business. Even if there are mistakes, they own them and do whatever it takes to make you satisfied. In this day and age it is hard to find a dealership that genuinely believes in giving the buyer and non-rushed, no pressure, white-glove experience. Donohoo Auto is that place and they have earned my loyalty and that of my entire family. More

We found our car in their inventory through the USAA Car Buying program and contacted them to set up a test drive. My wife and I traveled in from out of town and found ourselves impressed by their great customer support, attention to detail, and streamlined process. The car was exactly as described and we were even able to test drive it solo and take our time. Everything just felt comfortable and there wasn't any of the usual dealership games or pressures to make a decision. I highly recommend checking them out for your next purchase. They allowed us to test drive all the vehicles without them which was nice, we just got on with it and chose the one we liked. Went to eat dinner while our paperwork was processed, after dinner we were able to sign and drive. Excellent customer service follow up so far :) More

We ended up buying the car and Trey and Chris were amazing! Trey helped us shop around and compare 2 vehicles we were looking at and Chris had our finance paperwork so fast we didn't have to wait hardly at all! Both Trey and Kathryn kept me informed on how long it would be and even gave us a car to borrow to go have lunch while we waited for our car to be cleaned and detailed. I hope to have this car for many years, but when it's time for a new one, I'll be back! More
