Ladies, you auto buy here! We bought one in 2012 and loved it and had no intention of trading it in. But when Katie explained the advantage to purchasing a 2014 Passat. We said yes. Katie was very thourough and went above and beyond to find the Passat in the color that we wanted with the add ons we wanted. She was instrumental on getting the deal closed so we could take advantage of the 0.99% interest rate. When we picked up our car, she went over Sirrius radio and helped us with the bluetooth function in the car for our phones even though we were already familiar with these functions from our previous Passat. We would reccomend My Import and Katie Brown to everyone who would listen. More

She helped us explore various options for leasing a new Altima & explained how the car & various options worked during a test drive. She & Jason Meekhof worked together to help us decide whether to lease or purchase. When we decided to purchase, they helped us transfer our belongings from our old car to the new one. Jason was very helpful in removing an after market XM radio from our old car. Bill Ferry helped us speed through the paperwork.
