Kawain was great! He did whatever it took to make you happy with your purchase. Although he was great the Finance was not very transparent about warranties. She push He did whatever it took to make you happy with your purchase. Although he was great the Finance was not very transparent about warranties. She pushed things on you that was not discussed. For example, I thought the extended warranty was part of the purchase of the vehicle. I was not aware that she was adding this on to my finance charges or the tire warranty. I requested both of these items to be canceled and removed from finance charges. More

Fanny started our deal and worked really hard to make it happen. She was so amazing in trying to help us get to where we wanted. Jorge ended up finalizing our deal. He was so down to earth and just all around amazing.. He took the time to explain the process in detail, but made sure I understood the plans and warranties.
