The moment we stepped into Crest Cadillac, we felt very much welcomed and at ease. The atmosphere was very warm and comfortable the entire time. Our Sales Rep, Keilyn Michaelis, was extremely professiona much welcomed and at ease. The atmosphere was very warm and comfortable the entire time. Our Sales Rep, Keilyn Michaelis, was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and most of all, helpful! We test drove the XT4 a couple of different times and each time, she was able to answer all of our questions and offered valuable information. We never felt pressured, just informed. Kodie Cadenhead was also very friendly and helped us very much with our trade-in and new purchase. Both Keilyn and Kodie did an excellent job at making our trade-in and new purchase so easy. We enjoyed meeting many staff members at Crest Cadillac, including the Finance team too. I would highly recommend everyone to visit Crest Cadillac and ask for Keilyn Michaelis and hopefully they too, will be able to work with Kodie as well. More

I'm not sure who Kodie Cadenhead is but Mandy did an excellent job. She sold us a couple of vehicles. She was very patient, professional and showed urgency to sell both units .
