We are so pleased with Rob Sight Ford! We have purchased two Lincoln MKS's so far from them and love the friendliness, ease, and comfort of the dealership. Yesterday we needed an oil change and were in the area, so we stopped by (without an appt) and they accomodated us by dropping us off at a local restaurant so we could have lunch while they fixed the car. They go above and beyond and we are very happy with them! More

From start to finish this was the best new car buying experience I have ever had. I started out looking at a 2011 Certified Used Edge at Rob Sight Ford in Kansas City, MO. that I had seen on the net. T experience I have ever had. I started out looking at a 2011 Certified Used Edge at Rob Sight Ford in Kansas City, MO. that I had seen on the net. The salesman, Keith Koenigsdorf, worked with me in a very low key way to point out the additional pricing incentives / benefits for a new 2011 Edge, which I ended up buying. Although the car I ended up with was not on the lot, Keith and the sales manager, Eric Frischer, were both very helpful in creating a way of getting down to the price I was willing to pay. Very non-pressured. The car was located, delivered to the dealership, prepped and ready for me within 2 days of when I called to tell Keith I wanted the car. When I picked up the car, it was immaculate, and waiting for me in a special part of the showroom. All features were demonstrated knowledgeably. The whole process took less of my time than any other car purchase I have made. The Edge, with its electronic dash and control features is the best car I have ever owned, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The Sync feature in particular is great, although Microsoft needs to work on some compatibility issues. I know from past experience that the service department at Rob Sight Ford does an excellent job also. All in all, Rob Sight Ford has provided me with a car buying / service experience that far exceeds my expectations. More

Keith spent two hours with me helping me set up the Ford Mytouch System. I was had not been able to upload my contact photos from my phone onto the system. Keith did some research on the internet to see if Mytouch System. I was had not been able to upload my contact photos from my phone onto the system. Keith did some research on the internet to see if there was a way to manually upload the contact photos. He tried several things including resetting and deleting and reconnecting my phone. It turns out that my Droid just doesn't support that feature and there was no way to make it work...but Keith really tried. More

Kent was very helpful in purchasing my focus. He helped to educate me on everything the car offered and was very knowledgeable. Although it has been a few months since purchasing my car, Kent still keeps up with me to see how everything is going. Just recently I had to visit the dealership for an oil change and to check tires, Kent was right there to greet me and talk about my car and the enjoyment it's bringing our family. I really enjoyed my experance with the service and sales part of the dealership. I called JD in service about getting the recalls done on my 2005 F-150 and that I was in the market of a new vehicle and he part of the dealership. I called JD in service about getting the recalls done on my 2005 F-150 and that I was in the market of a new vehicle and he told me to pull up to the service door and he would get me in an get me with a salesman. Within 10 min. of arrival my truck was getting the recalls performe, the talking to Keith then test drove a 2012 fusion SE and Keith is really helpfull with all my questions and told me about the rebates and whai i could get with the X-plan. I will be back to the dealership in 1-3 weeks to get the ball rolling to get the keys to a 2012 fusion. Really like the dealership all together. I asked a couple people how they liked there fusion and one said the love it and when I get down to getting one to go to Rob Sight!!!!! More

Rob Sight and family have been friends for over 40 years. Keith Koenigsdorf has been an excellent & knowledgeable salesperson to me.
