Great Service Department Was met getting out of car (drove into Service Dept. covered entry) by Service Rep. Had scheduled online and appointment was in system. Rep. advised what was due, what would be done and what would be checked. Advised if anything other than due items needed attention he would consult with me prior prior to performing repair. I spoke with Keith in Sales a bit about the CX 30 and was given key to explore one. Returned key and made some coffee with help of Service Rep as maker was one I had not encountered before. I sat down with my book to begin my wait. I had not finished my coffee when Rep. said I was ready to go. Serviced and washed car was waiting for under canopy. Fast and great service. Web discount had been applied to invoice as promised. BTW seats in waiting area are much more comfortable than old facility. Nice upgrade all around. More

High Priced Service Maintenance Higher priced for service maintenance than some other car dealers. Getting maintenance at this dealership seems to cost more. Also, seems to require a diagnostic without prior discussion of fault/defect probabilities on left front wheel grinding. Diagnostic charge was not determined as applicable against charge to fix the fault. Further, my extended warranty was deemed questionable on coverage of service charge to fix this grinding fault on left front wheel. Perhaps needing front brakes replacement has caused the fault? Service staff is personable and professional but need to reduce service costs. More

Keith Robinett was respectful, straight forward, and ensured there were no surprise costs when the paperwork was signed; very good to deal with. My only criticism was the initial low-ball offer one of the managers generated for trade-in; in my opinion it was disrespectful to assume I didn't know the value of my car or incompetence on their part to estimate a value so far off ... either way was not good and resulted in unnecessary haggling to get to the bottom line. More
