The Toyota Marin dealership is 100+ miles from where we live but it was SO worth the drive here. Keith Ural was our sales rep and made the new car buying process painless and easy. He immediately made us feel welcome, was very accommodating, patient, answered all our questions (we had a lot), and was very knowledgeable about Toyota vehicles. We very much appreciated the fact that their normal business hours go into the evening--they are open till 9pm, which is NOT a car dealer norm. Here is how this place rolls: NO sales gimmicks; NO fuss; NO pushy sales people; NO haggling over price; if they don't have what you are looking for on their lot, they will find what you want; everyone was very pleasant; accommodating and GENUINELY nice people! We had such a positive experience with Keith and the team, we will be going back in a couple of months to buy a new Toyota Tacoma truck. This was by far the BEST auto buying experience we have ever had! Keith and the Toyota Marin team rock! More

Paul greeted my mom and me with a big smile before we even got into the showroom. He had a no bs attitude, but in a friendly way, not typical for a car salesman. He was confident without being cocky and shared with us everything he knew about the RAV4. He even offered to help my mom learn to fully utilize the features on her Prius that she bought at a different dealer. Paul was thorough and hardworking. We also initially heard from Keith, who after the sale was made, came over to insure everything went over well and that we had all of our questions answered. Overall, everyone I came across, minus the lady by the snack station, was very friendly. More

Great Customer Service and a Great Price I came to Toyota Marin to trade in a vehicle for a 2015 Highlander. I was greeted immediately upon entering. Keith Ural and Jay Brownrigg helped me with questions regarding the vehicle I was looking for. They didn't have the vehicle color combo in stock and they worked quickly to get the vehicle I wanted. All associates were extremely friendly. Jay and Keith gave me a great price on my trade in and gave me a good price on the new car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. This was the easiest car buying experience I've had. More
