I am raised in New Orleans and moved to Marin at 27 and never left. I have raised 4 children with the same wife of many years and I believe that because a car or truck will mostly depreciate faster than anything else we put money into, it pays to get into the philosophical conversation of "how much car do I need and care about and what will it cost me". I've led this dealership in sales these last 11 years and have Finance and Managerial experience during my stay at Toyota Marin (the only dealership I've ever worked at.)

Keith Ural gave me an excellent car buying experience Keith Ural was over the top trying to get me into the perfect vehicle. Through looking for hours on the internet trying to locate my red 2015 Camry, Keith Ural was over the top trying to get me into the perfect vehicle. Through looking for hours on the internet trying to locate my red 2015 Camry, Keith took the time to not only search for it, but also found it through extensive time consuming searching to find the exact car I was looking for. He got it brought to Toyota Marin, had it prepped, paperwork ready for me after I traveled over 2 hours from home to finally see it. He communicated every step of the way and had everything ready for my signature when I arrived. He met us with a smile, showed me how to use all the cool tech features, and made this the only non-hassle car buying experience I'ver ever had. Many thanks to Keith and the team for my wonderful new car. Ruby (the car) is very happy in her new home. More

Keith Ural is the best car salesperson alive I bought a truck from Toyota Marin and I couldn't be happier with the truck of the experience. I was dealing with Keith Ural who totally exceeded my e I bought a truck from Toyota Marin and I couldn't be happier with the truck of the experience. I was dealing with Keith Ural who totally exceeded my expectations. I wanted to trade in my Silverado and get a Tacoma. The Chevy had been giving me problems and I wanted something reliable. Keith took me on a test drive and I was very happy with the performance. They only had short beds on the lot and I was telling him how a long bed is vital for me. Earlier that day a year old long bed had been turned in and he suggested we take a look at it. I'm figuring that it would have been better economically for him to sell me a new truck but he wanted to make sure I was happy. Short of the long it all worked out, I'm very happy with the truck and Keith went out of his way to make sure that happened. I should have ditched Government Motors a long time ago. Based on my experience with Keith I will not be going back to GM. More

Awesome experience - The best ive had buying a car Keith Ural was really great. He took the time to explain and teach every detail about the different Models of the car I was interested in. He also put in a lot of effort in getting me driving on a car that was as similar as possible to the one I was asking about. Finally him and the team in Toyota Marin really delivered - They spent a lot of time and effort in finding the actual car I asked for and delivered it in record time. I did not feel the need for any haggling since the price was fair based on supply/demand and Internet sales data. I was quoted with the fair price from the very beginning and that did not change. Feels nice to not play the haggle game. More

Love my new RAV 4! The Internet Department ROCKS service! I was extremely happy with the Lease I made a week ago, August 2014, at Toyota Marin for a 2014 RAV 4. I had exceptional customer service experience w I was extremely happy with the Lease I made a week ago, August 2014, at Toyota Marin for a 2014 RAV 4. I had exceptional customer service experience with Terry Allan and Keith Ural and all of the Internet department. They went far and above making me comfortable, making a great deal, and being sensitive, budget-minded and seriously direct without ever condescending, where the financial stuff was concerned. They answered every question. I was there over a period of two days and they made me feel like I had all of the information I needed to lease my cool, new RAV 4. I LOVE THE NEW DESIGN! Both Terry and Keith do, too, and we had a lot of fun teaching me my birthday car and educated me on every feature and concern. In all honesty, I trust them and will return for their business. More

Second experience, still excellent My husband and I leased a Prius 3 years ago and the lease was coming due. I knew I wanted to purchase a Highlander and had an idea of which trim etc. My husband and I leased a Prius 3 years ago and the lease was coming due. I knew I wanted to purchase a Highlander and had an idea of which trim etc. The wear and tear on the Prius showed since we live in the city and things happen. I think Toyota Marin offered us a fair way out of the lease without incurring tons of charges (which were warranted in our case) and a really fair price on a new Highlander. Keith Ural was professional and really great through the whole process. We love our new Highlander, especially the kids! I would definitely recommend this dealership and Keith in particular. Thanks Toyota Marin! More
