An excellent experience with Kelly Jeep I literally walked in off the street one day, thinking that I'd look at used Jeeps and turn in my old BMW. I was met by Dave Strazzere, a sale agent, I literally walked in off the street one day, thinking that I'd look at used Jeeps and turn in my old BMW. I was met by Dave Strazzere, a sale agent, who treated me as if I'd made a formal appointment. We looked at the company inventory of used Jeeps, but he also suggested I drive the new Cherokee and new Compass. Both were wonderful, but the size of the Compass was what I was looking for. Long story short, I ended up THAT DAY making a commitment for a brand new Compass and am glad of it! (My first NEW car ever!) The whole experience was smooth, respectful, friendly, UNpressured, and very satisfying. In fact, the whole showroom had friendly people in it, and I felt welcomed and well attended to. This is clearly a professional company that knows how to treat its customers. Dave was knowledgeable and gave me lots of time to ask questions and explore the cars. I felt no pressure from him to buy. I'll also admit I've been in other Jeep showrooms before, but never felt the level of courtesy or serve I felt at Kelly. Once the sale was made, I returned later and Dave went over the car with h]]me, top to bottom. I've just made my first Boston commute in a new car, after 30 years of driving that route! Scott Lassiter was so very helpful when it came to getting the Grand Cherokee Overland we wanted at a price that couldn't be beat and explaining all the options and controls. He made sure everything was right. Larry in the finance office found us a great rate and a warranty plan that suited us. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Brian Kelly, Andrew Turransky and Kelly Byron were involved as well and just made us feel like we belonged. We'll definitely suggest Kelly Jeep Chrysler to all our friends. By the time we arrived, Janet was gone for the day but had relayed all of the information to Kelley who welcomed us with a smile and offered us water, coffee and tea. Dan was great. Let us test drive the Jeep and didn't beat around the bush. There was no hassling and no gimmicks and we were in and out within an hour with a brand new vehicle that I absolutely love! Great customer service! Great deals. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy! More

We did find the experience at Kelly Jeep to be surprisingly different and their pricing was very competitive. No games, no high pressure tactics - just genuine people who knew their products and gave us honest answers. We dealt with Gus Doughman(sales), Kelley Byron (Sales Mgr), Brian Kelly (VP) and lastly Tom MacDonald (Bus Mgr). The entire team worked with us to get us in the car we wanted while getting us the best value for our trade. The vehicle was ready promptly and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend Kelly Jeep to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank again. More

The whole process from selecting a vehicle, discussing price, arranging the paperwork and, ultimately taking a delivery was a very very pleasant one. Seriously good people, seriously good organization and outstanding business culture. Alex Zamakis who I primarily dealt with was as friendly as he was efficient. He has a great deal of customer enthusiasm and does everything with a smile. He is just such a great individual and professional! I shopped around at many dealerships before choosing to do business with Kelly. They had a huge selection of cars available which really helped in negotiating the best price. Negotiating for a car is nev do business with Kelly. They had a huge selection of cars available which really helped in negotiating the best price. Negotiating for a car is never a "fun" process, but I was able to negotiate a great deal via email and they followed through 100% on the deal. The people I dealt with online and in person were professional and courteous. I did not feel pressured into buying anything I didn't want or need, just given good information and allowed to make my own decisions. Delivery of the car went very smoothly - I don't buy cars that often, but they made it easy. I hope the car treats me as well as these guys! More
