Walked in with money in hand. Kelly said they didn’t have much inventory and most incoming cars were “ordered”. Did not offer to show us any cars. This Toyota dealership takes pride in what they do and it shows in every way from the vehiclhes , people and even the Smiling Dig Cafe. Clean, professional with quality vehicles , great prices and service. I had a minor snafu three days after purchase and the manager Glen took care of it with no cost to me immediately. The staff are friendly, happy and you can tell they love what they do. Very welcoming and I give them 10 stars . Saved me a lot of money and hassles I would have got someplace else. Excellent service After going to three other dealerships and test driving numerous cars, we just couldn't seem to get the type of vehicle we wanted for the price we wan After going to three other dealerships and test driving numerous cars, we just couldn't seem to get the type of vehicle we wanted for the price we wanted to pay till we went to Coos Bay Toyota. The customer service was great we were greeted by Caitlin, and our salesman was Steve he answered all of our questions, wasn't pushy and the staff was able to get us in the car we wanted at a fair price. All of the staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. Also we made a couple of new furry friends too. I would recommend to anyone looking for a car to pay them a visit, you wont be disappointed. More
