Kelly joined White River Toyota in 2014 after almost 19 years in the Automotive Industry. She has been in Dealership Sales, Finance and now Sales Management as well as working in the technology fields supporting the industry. If you ask Kelly why she has stayed in automotive so long- she will tell you it is just fun! She loves helping people and the friends and relationships created over time. White River Toyota is definitely a place that supports that mindset. Kelly has 3 degrees in music - her main interest outside of work. She is married for 21 years and has twin 17 year old twin girls - graduating from High School in June! Guess they are glad Mom works for Toyota!! Pretty transparent, brought multiple cars to me at work (very close to them but still much appreciated) due to my schedule. Sarah not at all pushy or ‘slimy car salesmen’. They were incredibly busy every time I was there, had a difficult family while I was there so she toggled 3 sales at once. Patient and pleasant despite the chaos (and the wait for us). More

The rest of the organization, particularly management and the sales department, are not interested in people as advertised I have never been treated so discourteously by any organization. Toyota Financial charged me for a piece of equipment that I had returned to the dealership. I was told that only the dealership could settle the matter. Despite phone calls, emails and registered letters, I received no response from the dealership. Nothing but silence. I was sad when I realized that the salesman had lived up to the stereotype and lied to me while pitching the car. But I am downright flabbergasted that the management would not at the very least make an effort to treat each and every customer with respect. More

Stopped in to drool and dream, drove home with new 4 Runner! We were "just looking"! We had just started looking online at 4 Runners recently, having previously owned them, wanting to go back to owning one agai We were "just looking"! We had just started looking online at 4 Runners recently, having previously owned them, wanting to go back to owning one again. We knew we'd buy one at some point, but we thought it would likely be a base model, and probably a few months down the road. We saw a TRD Off Road that we were interested in on White River Toyota's website, and drove over to see it. As soon as we walked in, we met Marty! His genuine warmth and sense of humor immediately put us at ease, made us feel welcome, and like he would take very good care of us! Marty wanted to know what WE were interested in. He helped us understand the differences between options and packages, and answered any and all questions we had thoroughly and professionally. He provided us with info re: current inventory, making sure to assess our wants, needs, and preferences so that he could match those with what was there on the lot. He was professional, yet down-to-earth at the same time, and made the process just so darn easy! We ended up test driving the Off Road (the one we were REALLY dreaming about!), and we were interested in how the numbers looked if we wanted to trade our car for that one. After the initial take on the numbers, we were off on the difference price by enough to feel like it would probably not work out on this model after all (but honestly expected that would likely be the case). We all exchanged lot of humor about the situation, but approached it honestly and fairly, with conversation on both sides of where we were both coming from. Marty worked for us, was able to narrow that gap, and made the sale happen for us so we drove our DREAM VEHICLE home that very same day! Marty, Kelly and Chris worked hard as a team to make this happen for us - AND, we had fun in the process! WOW! Thank you ALL! amazing experience buying our 2014 Toyota 4Runner This lady is amazing! I couldn't have asked for a nicer sales representative. I mentioned this on their Facebook page as well, but my husband and I we This lady is amazing! I couldn't have asked for a nicer sales representative. I mentioned this on their Facebook page as well, but my husband and I were saying how we were hungry and couldn't wait to get lunch and she offered to get us something from the gas station when she filled up our car! Of course we would never expect that, but just the fact that she offered was so sweet and extremely nice. We shared pictures of our kids and just were able to have amazing general conversation. Never have I felt more comfortable and welcomed at a dealership than I did at White River Toyota with Sarah. I would highly recommend this dealership. Not to mention Kelly was a complete sweetheart as well and worked with us to get us where we needed. We drove an hour to this dealership because we weren't finding what we needed in our area, and I can say without a doubt, it was worth the time and the drive! Thank you so much White River Toyota!
