Top Notch Customer Service Flew in from out-of-state to purchase a new truck as they wanted 5k less for the same model at dealers where I’m located. The saleswoman, Kelly, was v Flew in from out-of-state to purchase a new truck as they wanted 5k less for the same model at dealers where I’m located. The saleswoman, Kelly, was very responsive, immediately returning my texts and phone calls and had the financing lined before I got there. Once I got to the dealership, the deal and paperwork was completed quickly. After purchase I had a very minor issue with the truck. Kelly followed up and went above and beyond in rectifying the problem at absolutely no cost to me. Customer service is a priority at North East Auto. Would not hesitate to recommend Kelly to any potential buyers. More

Best experience!! Kelly at the Bedford N. Coast Auto helped me to find the suv I have been searching for! She was wonderful, (felt honestly like I was dealing friends a Kelly at the Bedford N. Coast Auto helped me to find the suv I have been searching for! She was wonderful, (felt honestly like I was dealing friends and I just met her) Tigran greeted us at the door and introduced to Kelly but also checked back in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and recommended a few other vehicles. My dad was so impressed he left his business card to see about getting a truck in the future. I can't say how thankful I am to have met and dealt with everyone here. The GM Dan helped us to feel comfortable with the final deal and Jennifer the finance manager walked us through everything and didn't try to just push a bunch of paperwork at us that we didn't understand and signed. Great experience, very thankful for everyone!! If you want to have personable, great experience buying a car go to the Bedford store and ask for Kelly or Tigran!! They are wonderful!! More
